Wheel brushes

Wheel Brushes

Wheel brushes are made with CeramiX® abrasive nylon filament molded into a urethane based composite hub construction. They provide a consistent finish with controlled surface abrading action and low filament breakage.

Narrow Face Wheel Brushes are used for cleaning, polishing and deburring recessed applications such as small openings, slots, machined grooves,
fine deburring on medical instruments and gear splines. Filament is molded into a urethane based composite hub construction providing controlled filament density and balanced wheel enhancing brush life.

With the double brush width, the CeramiX® Wide Face Wheel brush covers more surface area. Use to increase reach and efficiency for larger jobs. The extra wide brush face allows for greater surface cleaning.
