Strip brushes
Strip brushes are a kind of linear continuous brushes, made of synthetic, metallic (steel, stainless steel, brass, phosphorous bronze), vegetal, animal hair or mixed filaments, mounted on a U-shaped profiled backing (iron zinc plated or stainless steel). The filament, no matter its nature and diameter, is blocked in this metallic backing without possibility of coming out.
Strip brushes can be bent and cup shaped, with internal or external wires, or mounted on special supports for any need.

N Normal
Type N – Normal: the filament is continuous and the brush has a higher filling density
G Double Band
Type G – Double band: the clinching of the tape sets the filament out in knots and makes it recommended for high rotational speed. It is mainly used to form spiral brushes.
TF Thermal-Welded
Type TF – Thermal welded: the filaments are welded and there is no mechanical blocking made of metallic parts.
Strip support guide/sheath
Support tapes can be welded or mounted on almost any surface. This makes strip brushes incredibly versatile in their brush characteristics and shape and makes them customizable to fit almost any application.
GL: Sheet metal sheath, simple or finned
GA: Extruded aluminum sheath with fin
The support sheaths can be welded or mounted with screws or rivets independently on all surfaces. This gives Strip Brushes incredible versatility in shapes and specifications and makes them suitable for almost any application.
