With our Brushes for Deburring it is possible to remove burrs from profiles of every shape, wheel shaped, rectangular and also more complex in compliance with the Deburring Machine used.

The SIT Industrial Brushes can be used with flexibility for the deburring of Tubes, bars, extruded profiles and sheet edges in steel, with filaments, aluminum and other metals.
For every type of application SIT offers a brush to debur with the characteristics of size, density, trim length and quality of filaments in order to obtain optimal solutions in the quality price ratio. This way the customer faces a minimum cost thanks to finding the ideal brush that is rapidly amortized for its long life cycle.

The SIT deburring brushes can be mounted on every type of machine: SIT provides wheel brushes for manual deburring machines as well as roller brushes for mechanical/automatic deburring machines of the most important brands (Adige Sala, Bewo, and more).
For a standard internal and external deburring, the axis of the tube must be aligned to that of the brush.
In external deburring, when the burr in size is larger in external diameter, the axis of the tube or bar must be placed slightly below the axis of the brush.
When the burr is larger than the hole of the tube, the axis of the tube must be placed slightly above the axis of the brush.
